APS4 Project Officer & APS5 Project Officer Currently, there are around 4.3 million Australians with a disability. The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) implements the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which is one of the biggest social reforms in the country since Medicare. As an Agency, we support more than 690,000 participants with a significant and permanent disability, and the families and carers of those living with disability. For many Australians, this will be the first time they receive the disability support they need. The NDIA is designed to enhance the quality of life and increase economic and social participation for people with disability and will mean a peace of mind for every Australian. The Opportunity We are seeking compassionated and participant-centred individuals to work within our VIC/TAS Operations Team, delivering quality and consistent frontline services to participants of the Scheme. About the Role We are seeking Project Officers at both the APS4 and APS5 level, whose duties will include but not be limited to: Provide data and analysis to inform workflow and performance trends concerns and opportunities Support frontline staff and leaders with delivery of training on practice and process improvements Provide advocacy support for the development of new data reporting tools and products. Providing advice, procedural guidance and administrative support to staff and stakeholders. Building rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships to support the delivery of projects. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate possesses: Ability to work independently Previous salesforce, data analysis and reporting experience Competent technical skills with Excel Technical skills with Power Automate and other Microsoft programs such as Forms, Planner and PowerPoint.
