APS6 Case Management Officers | Federal Government | Geelong Are you an experienced Case Manager with strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and dispute resolution skills? We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join a Federal Government agency on a 6-month contract in Geelong .Role Details: Location: GeelongDuration: 6 monthsHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekPay Rate: $60.26 per hour + superMust hold Australian citizenship About the Role: As an APS6 Case Management Officer , you will be responsible for managing complex cases related to Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) applications . Your role will involve: Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, providing policy and operational advice on complex issues. Case Management: Handling end-to-end case management for ART applications, ensuring thorough analysis and effective resolution strategies. Dispute Resolution: Applying alternative dispute resolution methods and advocacy skills while adhering to model litigant principles. Legal & Tribunal Support: Preparing case documentation and representing the agency at Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings. Risk & Compliance Management: Assessing and responding to priority and risk matters, ensuring participant welfare and program sustainability. What We’re Looking For: Proven case management experience, particularly in handling complex cases. Background in disability services or a similar regulated environment (highly regarded). Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage high-volume, high-risk cases with professionalism and empathy.
