Never stop learning - access our generous studies assistance.As a Team Leader, Financial Audit in our Financial Statement Audit Services Group (FSASG), your role will be to: Lead and manage a small team to deliver low/medium risk audit services. Conduct financial statement audits on complex and higher risk audit services. Liaise with stakeholders across the Australian Government sector and represent the ANAO. Help maintain and enhance client agency relationships. Plan audits and design audit strategies. Manage budgets and work allocations. Discuss findings with client agencies and prepare reports that are credible and evidence-based and reflect sound judgement. Supervise a team, reviewing performance and providing feedback. Desirable qualifications Given the nature of the role, an accounting or equivalent tertiary qualification is highly desirable. Candidates who hold a CA or CPA will be highly regarded.
