APS6/EL1 Project and Change Management (Multiple Roles) $125k – $172k inc. super, neg. THE ROLE - PROJECT AND CHANGE MANAGER (Multiple Roles) - NV1 CLEARANCE A REQUIREMENT APPLICATIONS CLOSE ON MONDAY 3RD FEBRUARY - 12 MONTH CONTRACT WITH POSSIBLE 12 MONTH EXTENSION THE ROLE Our client requires a labour hire resource to provide Project and Change Management Services for their Diplomatic Security Division. The services are needed to assist with the generation of business and project artefact documentation, business engagement and communication, and the integration of newly acquired products into business processes. The Project and Change Manager will support the required work packages and transition to Operations-related activities, including the creation, distribution, and management of communication materials/artefacts such as a Project Plan, Risk Plan, and Change Management Plan. The Project and Change Manager will be responsible for the following activities associated with the role: Collaborate closely with business areas, technical experts, and external resources to deliver project outcomes. Effectively plan and coordinate activities to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes. Coordinate the delivery of project outcomes in alignment with architecture, program delivery, and financial objectives. Develop and maintain project artefacts, including project plans, status reports, and benefits management documents. Develop a communications engagement and change strategy to support stakeholders, align expectations with project objectives, and realise ROI and benefits. Perform risk management activities for projects, ensuring adherence to appropriate and effective governance arrangements supported by comprehensive reporting. Establish, maintain, and coordinate stakeholder engagement to facilitate input. REQUIREMENTS Possess a solid understanding and experience of how individuals undergo change processes, support change sponsors and their coalition, and ensure project ROI through effective change management. Demonstrate experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Prosci/ADKAR, with the ability to conduct change assessments and monitor/report on change implementation. Initiate, establish, and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Negotiate and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the achievement of project outcomes. Confidently coach business owners and change team members in change management practices. MUST BE A CITIZEN AND HOLD NV1 CLEARANCE OR HIGHER Location: Barton, ACT 2600 (On-site role) Contract Duration: March 2025 – February 2026 (with possible 12-month extension) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Level: APS6 or EL1 Security Clearance: Australian Government Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) or higher WHY CS EXECUTIVE GROUP?
