South Australian Housing Trust Job reference: 649788Location: 5000 - ADELAIDEJob status: Short Term ContractEligibility: Open to Everyone About the role The Facilities Management Lead is accountable for ensuring the effective strategic management of office accommodation, including leasing, maintenance and upgrades in accordance with relevant standards and contract requirements. This accountability is delivered through managing services delivered under relevant Memorandum of Agreements with the Department of Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) and Department for Human Services (DHS). Requirements Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Project Management, Procurement/Contract Management, Construction, Business or Management.
