South Australian Housing Trust Job reference: 652399Location: 5000 - ADELAIDEJob status: Long Term ContractEligibility: Open to Everyone Engaging key stakeholders as they relate to partnership arrangements, funding, service delivery, policy and sector development, and reform initiatives, the Project Manager Community Housing Development effectively facilitates residential development projects to be undertaken by the Community Housing Sector and other partner organisations and ensures effective risk and contract management in support of the Trust’s Our Housing Future 2020-2030 strategy and program objectives. Special Conditions Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed. Role Status Long term contract up to 27 June 2026. Requirements Desirable - Tertiary qualification in either Property, Development, Business, Land Economics, Finance, and/or Planning.
