For more information about our agency, please visit: Department of State Development About the role: As a Salesforce System Administrator, you will join the Digital Transformation team based in Adelaide, reporting to the Salesforce Product Manager. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts across the Department and internal technical stream leads and staff (i.e. in the areas of integration, data, user experience and customer support/service delivery) to ensure a high-quality contemporary Salesforce capability. You will also establish and maintain strong partnerships with external providers including Salesforce, implementation and other technology partners and providers. More specifically, you will also: Coordinate and deliver high-quality platform support and maintenance services across all South Australian State Government schools and preschools to ensure operation of the platform. Provide project support, including but not limited to onboarding new customers, obtaining technical requirements from customers, and planning, configuring, implementing, and testing enhancements and extensions. Contribute to the delivery and maintenance of efficient work practices within the Digital Transformation team. Key Competencies: To succeed in the role, you will be able to demonstrate: Comprehensive technical knowledge of, and significant hands-on experience with, the Salesforce platform, including maintenance, modification and implementation and ability to determine solutions with an understanding of how the platform fits into the department’s overall digital architectural landscape. Significant experience in providing high quality customer service in an ICT environment, including responding appropriately to a broad range of user requirements, resolving complex IT issues through investigation, analysis, research and consultation and preparing application and system specifications to meet diverse customer needs. Comprehensive knowledge of ICT systems, PC Hardware, operating systems, cloud solutions and application systems, and of their development lifecycle, ICT analysis and design methodologies, ServiceNow support procedures, practices and techniques, and awareness of the importance of standards in all areas of ICT application systems support. The ability to demonstrate high level communication skills in engaging, consulting and liaising collaboratively with stakeholders, responding effectively to the requirements of a diverse client base, identifying, and analysing conflict and successfully negotiating complex and sensitive issues. Remuneration: Competitive salary $108,109 min - $116,864 max pa plus superannuation.
