You will ensure the team provides superior customer service, as well as being involved in selection consultations and previews. You will engage our customers with enthusiasm and always maintain an impeccable sense of professionalism and style.Your role is diverse, ensuring customer satisfaction is excellent and supporting the Store Manager in ensuring Sales and Margin targets are met and exceeded. To be successful in this role you will need the following: Previous experience in a similar role (team leadership or assistant management role)Industry-related experience (flooring, hardware, building, bathroom ware, or similar) will be highly regarded. Strong retail, sales, and service skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed team sales targets. Experience in motivating and developing a sales team.
