Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an AV and Security Service Manager located in Cheltenham, VIC. The role involves managing day-to-day tasks related to Electronic Security System Installs, Automation Systems, Networking and Service Management within the organization. You will also provide phone support and remote service if required to our extensive customer base and organise/manage appropriate service if required. The successful candidate would also organise and manage some small projects that would fall under the service banner. Qualifications CRM and Customer relations experience Electronic Security System Installation or Programming experience Audio Visual System installation or management SMB/Home Networking and WiFi Experience in Security Management Strong understanding of overall Security practices Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively Relevant certifications in Security Management or Information Security This is a specific role and candidates that do not have experience in the above qualifications need not apply.
