Employment type: Ongoing, full-time opportunity to be part of a supportive, inclusive and diverse team. Salary: Competitive Salary from $77,795 - $90,001 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading. This position is open to Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people only. Your role: As the Client Service officer, you will drive improved outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people by providing comprehensive support to clients across tenancy, property management and housing options advice tailored to the client’s needs and eligibility. What you’ll do: Collaborate with internal specialists and external service providers to ensure positive client outcomes and successful tenancies. Contribute to building stronger communities and neighbourhoods by supporting tenancy and community participation initiatives. Manage client information with the utmost accuracy, discretion, and integrity. Monitor property conditions and facilitate necessary maintenance and modifications for client’s needs. What we’re looking for: Strong commitment to delivering quality customer service and able to build trust and rapport with clients. Demonstrated experience working face to face with vulnerable and complex clients. Proven ability to manage conflicts and challenging scenarios. Effective organisational and time management skills to meet competing deadlines. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate cultural capability through lived experience, community connections, relationships with Aboriginal organisations, and understanding historical impacts.
