Then you could be the perfect person to join the ISLHD Domestic Family Violence and Sexual Assault Service (DFVSAS) located on the lands of the Dharawal and Yuin nations. We Are Looking For a Person Who Has a degree in social work, with a minimum of three years’ experience, or psychology and full AHPRA registration. Has experience working with adults, young people, and children with complex trauma. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the key health issues that impact Aboriginal people and communities. Has the ability to provide cultural supervision and education. This is a wonderful opportunity for a social worker/psychologist to join the busy and dynamic DFVSAS team. This position is part of a team of counsellors, providing assessments, crisis and ongoing counselling to adults who have experienced domestic violence, and children and adults who have experienced sexual assault.
