You’ll have the opportunity to coordinate and oversee programs at the Tarpari Wellbeing Centre and the Indigenous Australians Health Program, helping to ensure holistic care that addresses the specific needs of the Aboriginal community. Your leadership will guide your team towards achieving the best possible health outcomes and make a real difference in the community. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading and managing a diverse team to deliver exceptional primary health care services. Overseeing and coordinating key programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and addressing any practice inconsistencies. Providing holistic, culturally sensitive care to the Aboriginal community in collaboration with the Tarpari Wellbeing Centre and Indigenous Australians Health Program. Promoting continuous improvement within the team, fostering an environment of mutual support and professional development. Essential Criteria: Current registration or eligibility as a Nurse/Nurse-Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and have a valid practising certificate. A minimum of 3 years’ post-registration experience, with a strong background in management and leadership roles. Experience in community development, project work, and applying Primary Health Care principles in practice. Demonstrated ability to engage with Aboriginal communities and provide culturally safe care.
