Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner Are you passionate about looking after mob? South West Hospital and Health Service has an exciting opportunity for an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner to join the Roma Allied Health team. Join us in building better health in the bush! The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner at this level will work autonomously, understand the health system and organisation, and provide specific care. You will provide a range of clinical primary health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and communities including delivering specific health care programs, assessing, and treating clients, maintaining health care systems and providing advice and support in order to contribute to better health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
