As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. Position Requirements 6 - 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion HCM Functional modules like Compensation Good understanding of Enterprise configuration, Workforce Structures, FlexFields, Security and Roles Good understanding of how to create compensation cycles, elements , etc. Considerable knowledge of Benefit plan configurations Ability to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence Experience working with Oracle Support for various issue resolutions Hands-on experience in Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborating with business users to obtain sign-off Ability to perform fit gap analysis Experience creating and maintaining configuration workbooks Experience supporting period end closure activities Ability to generate ad hoc reports to measure and communicate the health of the applications Focus on reducing recurrence issues caused by the Oracle Fusion application Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, requirement documents, design documents, user training and onboarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancements Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLA’s and KPI’s Good communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Coordinate with team to close client requests on time and within SLA Ability to independently conduct new features sessions with clients/stakeholders Ability to manage the HCM Track independently, interact with clients, conduct business requirement meetings, and user training sessions Good knowledge in HDL data load templates Good knowledge in OTBI/BI reports Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Analytical Thinking, Application Software, Business Model Development, Business Process Modeling, Business Systems, Communication, Creativity, Developing Training Materials, Embracing Change, Emerging Technologies, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Enterprise Integration, Enterprise Software, Implementation Research, Implementation Support, Implementing Technology, Inclusion, Innovative Design, Intellectual Curiosity, IT Infrastructure, Learning Agility {+ 16 more} Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Up to 20% Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
