The Programs Team Manager will be responsible for supporting DEI program planning and execution. This role demands cultural competency and sensitivity to various backgrounds and perspectives. Key responsibilities include maintaining and analyzing data related to program participation and other metrics to assess, report, and propose recommendations for continuous improvement. Required skills Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities. Strong project management and organizational skills are required. Experience facilitating workshops and training on DEI topics. Previous experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
