Account Coordinator - Global Brands

About the opportunity: We’re pleased to invite applications from experienced Account Coordinators to join the Global Brands team. Based in Brompton, SA and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, Global Brands, you’ll provide high level service and support to the Global Brands team and exceptional service to our customers, to maintain Detpak’s reputation for delivering on the promise of quality, service and efficiency. Working closely with a Business Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting a portfolio of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) customers. You’ll need great planning skills, be highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to pick up new systems quickly will be important. In terms of specific responsibilities, you will: Provide excellence service to new and existing key accounts across the portfolio. Actively promote Detpak’s products and services to customers through all interactions. Process customer orders for nominated key accounts, accurately and efficiently. Coordinate internal and external delivery of goods, accurately and on time. Proactively address customer concerns and requests and develop solutions. Support the preparation of customer presentations and reports. Assist with debtor management, reconcile accounts, and support accounts receivable through effective control of claims and service complaints. Support account management with stock management, new item setup and transitions and forecasting. About you What you’ll need: Experience in similar role ideally in foodservice or packaging industries. The ability to build rapport and establish credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Sound analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in prioritising and managing customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes. Strong collaboration and networking skills.
