As a global market leader in the Energy and Utilities sector, we help our clients to stay ahead of trends and consequently define and deliver on their future business strategy. Wipro solutions and services support the complete value chain from defining growth strategy, process simplification, platform design, technology transformation and advisor and customer experience design. This role is Melbourne based, and the purpose of the role is to drive profitable growth and enhance customer experience. This role will report into the Sector Leader for the industry and will be responsible for leading the relationship of a portfolio of Energy and Utilities customers for Wipro. Responsibilities Proactively lead sales pursuits to capture maximum share of revenues from emerging business opportunities Drive revenue growth within the client account to drive a higher share of client’s wallet Lead and drive pipeline development to win new opportunities Develop, manage and leverage relationships and networks in the client organisation Enhance Customer Experience Monitor and review execution of deals in the client account as per defined quality and process standards Conduct progress review meetings internally to develop delivery oversight, tap issues or escalations with the client servicing teams across geographies Conduct regular checks and take actions to ensure customer delight Drive operational hygiene across all services Bring Best of Wipro to the Customer Showcase appropriate Wipro’s solutions that are a strategic fit for the customer Ensure that solutions and delivery road maps align with customer requirements Demonstrate Wipro's leadership in external conferences, meets and seminars, by presenting thought leadership and connecting with key customers Position and introduce new GTM offerings and solutions Build and Maintain Executive Relationships Build strong executive relationships with IT and business stakeholders Jointly craft and drive solutions that are aligned to client’s business outcomes Consult and advise executives on emerging areas that can address their business priorities Desired Capabilities/Skillsets The ideal candidate will have experience as an Account Executive, Client Partner or Consulting Partner for a major technology or consulting services firm. Additionally, the candidate should have the following qualifications: Ability to generate and sustain high impact client relationships (within top tier firms) yielding a meaningful level of revenue/margin contribution Client development leadership (problem solving, solution development, consultative selling, and engagement management) in areas of Business and digital transformation including New Ways of Working and Enterprise Agility Transformation projects which include, Process transformation, Technology enablement, Digital Engineering and Hyper-Automation transformation Deep knowledge of the Energy and Utilities industry, competitors, future trends and offerings Exposure to latest technology areas including cloud, analytics, security, digital and engineering Extensive experience in dealing with C level executives Strong track record of selling large IT and management consulting services deals at the most senior levels in client organisations, having managed and grown a portfolio up to $50 Mil Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit, with outstanding team building and collaborative skills Ability and willingness to partner internally and externally to achieve the appropriate objectives for your clients Previous experience managing large transformation projects and programs for tier 1 firms/ clients, including projects in a digital consulting environment Seniority Level Director Employment Type Full-time Job Function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
