About the role If you’re a people-oriented person passionate about the fast-paced world of B2B tech startups, this is the role for you. We’re looking to add two awesome Account Executives to join the team as our first sales hires in Australia, collaborating with our team in New Zealand. You'll be responsible for driving the pointy end of the outbound sales process, prospecting future brand partners and using your out of the box thinking to unveil new growth opportunities. What you'll be responsible for Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers. Lead Qualification: Determine which prospective customers are most likely to purchase the organization's product/service, using a lead-specific qualification framework. Prioritize and maintain pipeline while owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, in order to meet targets and goals. Skills you'll need Bounces back from stressful experiences while being optimistic, emotionally aware, and adapts to change. Verbal communication: Speaks clearly to convey information effectively to a target audience. Writes in a clear and structured format to convey information and ideas effectively to a target audience.
