About the Role As an Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the market presence in Australia and New Zealand. Your focus will be on developing new relationships and driving growth in existing accounts across Funds & Asset management companies and private equity firms. Based in the Sydney office, you’ll occasionally travel across ANZ to meet clients - both to pitch to new businesses and maintain valued relationships. This role comes with a generous expenses budget for socialising and entertaining clients, making it ideal for a salesperson who thrives in face-to-face interactions and excels at adapting their approach to successfully close deals in varying situations. Key Responsibilities Conduct research to identify new business opportunities. Establish relationships with decision-makers in target accounts. Lead detailed solution discovery meetings to understand client needs, objectives, and priorities. Deliver engaging presentations and consultative sales pitches to position solutions effectively - generally in-person. Execute prospecting campaigns via phone and email to drive new business opportunities. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce. Consistently achieve performance metrics, including client meetings, demonstrations, and sales quotas. Package $100k + S, $170k OTE. Huge commission accelerators beyond 100% of quota. Regular incentives and bonuses for high performers. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of successful sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas. Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently present to a board. Knowledge of alternative investments and financial services. Apply Now!
