The Role: As an Account Executive, you’ll engage directly with customers to showcase and sell our cutting-edge cloud-based software to meet revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing and closing a high volume of inbound and outbound sales opportunities through various channels, including phone, web-based video meetings, email communication, and industry events or tradeshows. What We’re Looking For: Proven ability to sell and meet targets Able to develop excellent short-term customer relationships, primarily through telephone or online video conversations. Can work independently, manage personal workflow and task lists. Experience in the plumbing or electrical industries would be an advantage. Knowledge of Workflow systems, SAAS, Cloud based software What You’ll Do: Be the primary driver for securing new customers to our software through telephone, online video, events, email and chat-based interaction. Manage new leads from first contact through to paying customers. Demo Fergus to potential customers Work with trialists and convert to paying customers Collaborate with Product/Customer teams providing feedback to improve the software identified by customers. Reengagement of previous trialists Face to face sales, events and product presentations on site and occasionally off site Who are you working with: You will report directly to our Sales Director and collaborate with our exceptional Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer teams.
