Your role will involve prospecting, outreach, and presenting the company’s value proposition to decision-makers, both inbound and outbound. This position is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual who excels in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and takes pride in being a key contributor to the company’s success.Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and research prospective customers in the travel and tourism industry using tools such as LinkedIn, CRM data, and market insights. Conduct high-quality outbound outreach through calls, emails, and networking to generate new business opportunities. Deliver compelling and customised product demonstrations that align with prospective customers' pain points and goals. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay informed on competitor activities and market trends to position our solutions effectively. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the ANZ sales team to align sales activities with regional goals and share best practices. Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the company’s CRM system. Report regularly to the Head of Sales ANZ on key metrics, including lead generation, pipeline development, and closed deals. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay aligned with company strategies. Skills & Experience Experience: 4+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the travel/ tourism software industry. Sales Skills: Strong ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close deals in a consultative sales environment. Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to building and maintaining relationships. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to articulate product benefits and address customer needs effectively. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales enablement software. Team Player: A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with teammates to achieve common goals. Adaptability: Ability to work in a hybrid environment, travel locally as required, and collaborate with teams across time zones. Ideally experience in a SaaS start-up or scale-up environment, as an early sales hire. Comfortable using Hubspot. Our Values & Benefits A company that values work-life balance.
