This is a role that could suit people with different skillsets. Diligence to keep our CRM (HubSpot) up to date with proactive sales reporting. The ability to be self-directed and prioritize effectively. You’ll also need to be flexible to navigate the time difference with our Australian team members. The ability to analyze and interpret data and take action on it. An understanding of visitor facing technology (e.g. PWAs, mobile applications, wearables, AV, digital signage) or the ability to upskill quickly will be highly desirable but is not essential.
