Job Description About the opportunity Join our Xplor Pay vertical as an Account Management Administrator in Melbourne to make a real impact every day. Reporting into the Xplor Pay Account Management Team leader, you will help us by providing efficient and effective support to our Account Managers and wider organisation. Some of the other responsibilities include: Maintain and update spreadsheets ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. Assisting with preparation of documents. Understanding the system and default process and how the customer accounts should progress to ensure the customers' information is correct. Research required information using available resources. Follow up with customer and client correspondence where necessary. Collaborate with other team members & departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest working from home. Required qualifications for this role: Ideally, you will have worked as an Account Manager that is focused on Customer retention. You are familiar with Direct Debit payments and various Business Management Systems. Not afraid to pick up the phone and call. Target driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. A high level of computer literacy would be ideal as would a knowledge of Excel and Salesforce. You’re a true team player who knows that we all have to sometimes roll up our sleeves.
