The Team The Client Insights Team brings together experienced Account Managers, Pursuit and Proposal specialists and dedicated tender and portal support specialists from across Australia. The Client Insights Team provides Scyne with market leading client and competitive insights, efficient approaches to receiving and responding to tenders and enables Scyne to approach clients with innovative service offerings that leverage decades of experience. The NSW Team is made up of experienced professionals who specialise in delivering client outcomes in areas such as Higher Education, Energy and Utilities and Transport. What you will do The role is focused on enabling the NSW Account Team to deliver client outcomes. The role is dynamic in nature, and depending on account priorities at any given time, requires a combination of strategic thinking, account coordination and a flexible approach in supporting the NSW Leadership team. You will join a community of Client Insights Managers who work collaboratively across jurisdictions with a focus on 'one purpose, one practice'. Working closely with the NSW Lead and the Client Insights Team, your key responsibilities include: Driving the account operating rhythm with the sector leads and drivers, including regular account team meetings, gathering, sharing and actioning of client feedback and pipeline management. Tracking key metrics, evaluating pipeline strength and identifying the need to strengthen in specific fields of play. Use Salesforce and relevant during key account meetings. Being the principle point of contact for client procurement teams and contact for the region’s Request for Proposal (RFP) process, working with the national tender coordination team to define and enhance processes and manage platforms. Account planning and management including helping develop strategies for maintaining and growing the relationships and revenue on the account and maximising Scyne’s potential to maintain and win business. Owning and driving the account relationship strategy to ensure key relationships continue to grow and expand. Developing client engagement, including feedback model for the region (in conjunction with national team). Assisting a Client Insights Senior Manager on Scyne’s national growth plays. Assisting with the identification and distribution of thought leadership, marketing and relationship programs which are relevant to the region’s governments. Annual budgeting and forecasting in line with national process. About You Aligned to our values, you're collaborative in nature and love working as part of a team to deliver outcomes. You will bring to the position: Well-developed and practiced account planning and management, project management and organisational skills. Proficiency in budgeting and performance reporting and the ability to identify themes and areas for improvement. Understanding of, and networks in, state and/or local government in NSW (desirable). Confidence working in sales and business development, with a record of delivering impactful outcomes (desirable). Experience working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), processes and account management principles (desirable). Exposure to and hold an understanding of communication and marketing functions (desirable).
