The Role: As a Account Manager / BDM, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, growing market share, and building strong relationships with electrical retailers across the Sydney metro. Key Responsibilities: Execute Sales & Marketing Strategies – Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and expand market presence. Relationship Building – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including electrical retailers, wholesalers, and industry partners. Business Development – Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts. Product Education & Training – Deliver training sessions to key clients, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest products. Market Insights – Provide valuable feedback to the business, identifying trends and areas for growth. Customer Service Excellence – Be the go-to person for customer queries, ensuring a top-notch experience for all stakeholders. Key Skills & Experience: Sales/Account Management experience – Proven background in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in the electrical retail, Air Conditioning, or related industries. Strong Communication Skills – Excellent ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients. Technical Knowledge – Understanding of air conditioning products or the ability to quickly learn the technical details. Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented – A strong drive to meet targets and contribute to business growth. Time Management – Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks, prioritising effectively. Presentation Skills – Confident and professional in delivering product training and presentations to groups. Proficiency in MS Office – Comfortable using Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting, communication, and presentations. Current Driver’s Licence – Required for travel across the region.
