And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job Description Rockwell Automation is hiring!We are looking for an Account Manager, End User to join us in our Perth, Western Australia office.Reporting to the Sales Territory Manager, Western Australia, you will meet allocated sales targets through growing existing business and developing new business for all RA products, services, and solutions portfolio through a disciplined planning and sales execution process. You will establish relationships at assigned accounts including Users, OEMs, and Integrators while engaging with distributors to ensure efficient use of resources.Your Responsibilities Maintain a collaborative relationship with the RA Distributor/s and internal stakeholders. Develop account plans for assigned account packages which includes systems integrators, end-users, OEMs, and EPCs. Spend at least 70% of time visiting customers to support account plans. Adopt our disciplined approach to managing sales opportunities and front-log using available sales tools. Ensure customer satisfaction through contacts and visits. Facilitate resolution of customer issues. Analyze current business levels against allocated sales targets and provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts. Stay current on industry trends, competitors, market drivers, and RA offerings. Ensure familiarity with company policies and apply them in compliance with government laws. Policies include Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g., health, safety, quality, and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network. Ensure compliance with Ethics, Standards of Business Conduct, other RA policies, and the relevant government regulations in the geography. Perform any other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the Manager. The Essentials - You Will Have Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline. More than 3 years of selling experience in the industry. Experience selling in the Mining Industry. Local travel within WA. The Preferred - You Might Also Have Experience in Channel Management and Distribution. Exposure to industrial automation products such as DCS and PLC.
