We have more than 119,000 members who are songwriters, composers and music publishers. We license organisations to play, perform, copy or record our members’ music, and we distribute the royalties to our members. We are looking for someone with solid administration and communication skills to join our OneMusic Australia team as an Account Manager, Events Licensing. We have 2 positions available; one position is a permanent full-time opportunity and the other is a Parental Leave backfill position. This role is a great opportunity to learn more about music licensing in a supportive team environment. This role can be based in our Ultimo office.Key Responsibilities: Management of client relationships for higher value/complex events including sporting events, top tier promoters, Fringe Festival/umbrella events, regular reporters, and large annual regional events. Liaise with Events Manager and Director to develop and implement licensing and customer service strategies addressing licensees' needs. Research client information to ensure accurate figures are supplied in relation to music usage and to obtain contact/location details. Research and identify new events to be licensed. To thrive in this role you will need: Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Sound computer skills and knowledge. Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office Suite.
