The role requires you to build strong relationships with key decision-makers, perform in-depth research on potential leads, and implement our sales strategy to win new projects and customers. You will also be responsible for meeting KPIs and managing our pipeline and CRM. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated record of success in B2B sales and lead generation. Operational Responsibilities: Achieve KPI's in-line with the company growth strategy Execution of the existing sales strategy to secure new projects and customers Grow and maintain the pipeline and CRM with the objective of originating and closing new business opportunities Provide support and maintain operational documentation across supported technology areas Accurate time recording and timesheet management Tactical Responsibilities: Identify opportunities with both existing and new clients in key sectors Identify opportunities to add value to prospect organisations through the application of the company services and articulate a business case Run the sales process, contact prospects, and conduct follow-up calls Knowledge and Experience (including but not limited to): A minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar role, demonstrating the following:Working in either a Business Development or Sales role; Working in a B2B or sales environment generating new business from small to medium clients Lead generation and identifying opportunities through industry experience and contacts. Developing and implementing business development campaigns to win new customers or upgrade existing customers. Selling ability across a diverse suite of ICT product platforms (MSP experience is preferred). Demonstrate an understanding of commercial and organisational benefits, applications, and implications of Line-of-Business Apps, Custom Software, Ecosystems, and Cloud Migration. Minimum 2 years experience in Adelaide Market and an MSP is preferred. Must reside in Adelaide and hold full working rights. After hours and travel may be required. Unrestrictive police clearance. Key Performance Indicators: To be discussed on application and interview Commission structure implemented after 6 months probation. How do your skills match this job?
