Account Manager - Major Accounts | Leading Technology Company (BH-290) Location Sydney, Australia Sector Sales Salary $90K - $100K + super & bonus Our client is an award-winning technology business that prioritises its people and offers limitless career progression opportunities and perks.We are seeking a passionate Account Manager or Client Relationship Specialist who thrives on nurturing key accounts and developing long-term relationships to drive growth and satisfaction. In addition to end-to-end account management, you will also spend time training clients on the platform (so a little bit of geek goes a long way!)Key Responsibilities :Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client contacts Conduct engaging face-to-face and online training sessions and product demonstrations Monitor client usage, provide ongoing support, and document engagement in the CRM database Gather and report client feedback and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution Identify opportunities to promote additional products and leverage existing relationships for growth Serve as the escalation point for client helpdesk calls and complaints, ensuring a positive client experience You Will Have :Previous experience in an Account Management or Relationship Management role with a high level of responsibility A client-first focus with a strong sales disposition The ability to turn around underperforming accounts and retain key clients High impact communication and presentation skills A strategic approach to managing accounts and the ability to handle multiplecompeting tasks at once You will be joining a truly impressive company that will provide you with upfront and ongoing training, aimed at helping you improve both professionally and personally.
