Account Manager - Med Mg Solutions - NSW/ACT (BH-225) Location: East Ryde, AustraliaSector: SalesSalary: $120,000.00 per annum Job Title: Capital Equipment Account Manager – NSW/ACTJob Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and determined Capital Equipment Account Manager to join a leading Medication Management Solutions team in NSW/ACT. This role is focused on selling capital equipment solutions to public and private hospitals, requiring strong sales expertise in complex sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in capital sales, an established network within the NSW market, and a deep understanding of the healthcare sector. You must be highly motivated, commercially astute, and adept at managing sales funnels, identifying opportunities, and strategically growing market share. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and achieve agreed sales targets for capital equipment solutions. Develop and execute territory/account plans, including opportunity development, competitive strategies, and key targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, from clinical staff to C-suite executives. Navigate complex sales cycles, including product demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiations. Identify customer needs and provide tailored capital solutions to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency. Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity, developing effective counterstrategies. Ensure compliance with sales processes, CRM systems, and reporting requirements. Represent the company at industry events, trade conferences, and customer meetings. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in capital sales within the healthcare industry (essential). Established network and strong knowledge of the NSW hospital market (essential). Experience selling into OR, ICU, and ED settings (essential). Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive business growth. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commercial mindset. Tertiary qualifications in science, nursing, business, or related fields (desirable). Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Driver’s license required, with flexibility for some domestic travel.
