We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team to look after NSW & ACT. We need a person who can proactively nurture our existing reseller partners and end user customers. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.CommBox is a cool innovative tech company located on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We create awesome interactive products (hardware and software) for all types of organisations including education, government, and business. Our vision is that in every space people meet to learn & work together, CommBox will be the collaboration suite they use to connect, share, present, ideate, collaborate & communicate. CommBox is used in schools and businesses across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. CommBox is the interactive screen of choice for Defence and Department of Education in most Australian states.Responsibilities Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing resellers and end user customers. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support. Present and sell CommBox products and services to potential customers in collaboration with the reseller partner. Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads for resellers. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean task driven pipeline in Hubspot.
