Account Manager - Pharmaceutical Specialists $105K - $120K base, bonus, company vehicle, super This global organisation’s primary business is the manufacture and supply of water-soluble polymers, organic coagulants and technical consultancy. As an Account Manager, you will consult with your municipal and industrial customers to provide them with solutions for their waste water needs. This position manages customers in Melbourne and surrounds, Tasmania and South Australia. You will work from a home-based office and be supported by the Area Manager. If you don't mind getting your hands dirty in this hands-on role, you'll find it a great opportunity to use your technical knowledge to forge a new career path. You will spend 85% of your time at customers' sites and the rest working from a home-based office. Full training and support will be offered as this great company wants to set you and their customers up for success. Responsibilities: Develop sales through effective communication of the value of dealing with this client including their price, technical backup, and manufacturing strengths. Through consultation, maintain the current sales base to existing customers. Work with other staff in developing business as part of a team in selected target accounts. Develop working relationships with design and construct contractors, servicing the mining and wastewater industries.
