About the Role The successful applicant will focus on new and established business relationships for our Plastics Sales division. You will articulate the value and quality of our products, secure sales, and attempt to expand business within an existing customer base. Skills and Experience Required: Proven track record of successful new business development in the plastics and packaging industry Ability to manage and maintain close relationships with senior management and other business units within the organisation, suppliers, manufacturers, logistic services, and present/future customers Minimum of 5 years B2B experience, preferably within the plastics industry Immaculate verbal and written communication, interpersonal/relationship development skills, and computer literacy Experience managing supplier relations is desirable Rewards & Benefits: Salary package inclusive of 17.5% leave loading FMCV or Vehicle Allowance Quarterly Bonus 1 day WFH (after probation) Lunch provided daily onsite Joining a friendly and supportive team How to APPLY: Apply here or through our website with a current resume.
