The Role Based at our Clayton manufacturing site in South-East Melbourne, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of customers across Victoria (and some interstate). Your focus will be on maintaining strong relationships with existing clients—including coffee roasters, foodservice distributors, and retail brand owners—while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll spend much of your time on the road meeting clients, driving growth, and collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Operations, and more) to deliver outstanding product solutions. What You’ll Do Build and nurture long-term customer relationships Work cross-functionally to ensure top-tier customer service (including DIFOT) Expand product ranging with both branded and private-label customers Identify territory gaps and growth opportunities using your commercial and analytical skills Secure new accounts and drive business growth Meet and exceed KPIs (call cycles, new product launches, sales targets) Maintain accurate reporting in CRM (Salesforce) What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a similar sales role Trustworthy, confident, and results-driven Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Excellent problem-solving and collaboration abilities An existing network in foodservice, retail, or coffee industries (a plus!)
