Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented account manager to join our team on an independent contractor basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts, and providing general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts. Conduct routine banking activities, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. Ensure accurate recording of all banking transactions. Assist with budgeting and financial planning processes. Provide general administrative support as needed. Requirements: Must have an ABN (Australian Business Number). Ability to work as an Independent Contractor (self-employed). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Proven experience in accounting or finance administration. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
