About the Role As an Account Partner and under the wing of an experienced Sales Leader, you will have full ownership of a portfolio of residential and commercial real estate agency clients in and around Perth metro, with occasional monthly travel out to Mandurah. You will be the face of the Domain brand and a strong in-person presence across the territory to maintain brand loyalty and seek opportunities for growth of our add-on products. Based out of our small Perth office, this is a unique opportunity to run the territory as your own business with a great deal of autonomy and flexibility to juggle work and home life the way that works best for you. You will flex your strong presentation skills in front of agency teams and your ability to think outside the box for solutioning, and will have opportunities to travel interstate on a quarterly basis to catch up with other sales teams. In a typical day you can expect to: Get to know our key clients' businesses intimately through close collaboration and maintaining strong partnerships. Improve outcomes for clients by solution-selling across Domain's portfolio of products. Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle - from first meetings and demonstrations, building a business case and contract execution, through to reporting on account performance. Present Domain insights to key stakeholders and attend customer events/sales meetings. Strategise and implement business growth initiatives. Proactively maintain relationships, introducing new and featured products that can solve problems and give clients the tools they need to achieve their goals. Provide world-class customer service by efficiently resolving client queries and operational/account issues. Continually provide feedback on market conditions such as competitive activities (sales tactics and marketing initiatives), as well as potential barriers and opportunities. Expand your knowledge to become an industry expert on tech solutions for the Residential Real Estate space. Our Ideal Person: ESSENTIAL: Proven experience in sales/account management. Own reliable vehicle, and ability to drive and meet clients in Mandurah when needed. Exceptional presentation skills. Passion for sales and a sense of ambition. High attention to detail. Confidence and strong negotiation/solutioning skills. Ability to think outside the box. A level of resilience when needed. Ethical and kind, with strong values that fit the Domain culture. BONUS POINTS: Experience working in (or with) the Real Estate industry. Digital media, or tech/SaaS experience. Face to face sales experience.
