We are looking for an Account Payable for Sydney for a large-scale project. This is a long-term contract role with a global IT service leader. Responsibilities Process invoices and arrange invoice authorisation Set invoices up for payment Prepare and process accounts payable EFT payments Reconciliation of payments and Supplier account balance Prepare analysis of accounts Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date Resolve invoice discrepancies Vendor file maintenance Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries Produce monthly reports Assist in month end closing Assist in Weekly Payroll Process General Ledger & Banking Reconciliations About Us Zone IT Solutions is an Australia-based Recruitment Company.
