Job Description: A motivated and detail-oriented intermediate Tax Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of tax accounting experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with Australian tax laws. Support senior team members in conducting tax reviews and identifying areas for optimisation. Gather clients' financial information and address queries related to tax matters. Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests under the guidance of senior team members. Analyse financial statements to identify potential tax implications and contribute insights for decision-making. Engage proactively with team members to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Seek opportunities to learn and grow by assisting in various aspects of tax and financial advisory. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax accounting in Australia. Looking to complete a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. Familiarity with Australian tax laws and regulations. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
