Your Role with Us: As our Accountant, you'll support senior team members to ensure the seamless operation of our family office. Your responsibilities will include managing the accounting for four operating entities, handling reconciliations, and assisting with various financial functions across the portfolio. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and proactive approach will shine, making you an essential part of the team's success. Who are we? What you will do: Manage daily and month-end processes, including journals, bank accounts, and balance sheet reconciliations. Oversee accounts payable/receivable reconciliations, daily bank reconciliations, and intercompany loan reconciliations. Handle treasury, cash flow management, and forecasting. Assist with year-end reporting, planning, and compliance, including tax and statutory lodgements. Compile and upload weekly payments for approval, and prepare payroll for associated entities. Collaborate with external advisors on compliance matters. Update investment reporting (valuations, position reconciliations) and assist with stakeholder reporting. Manage internal queries and ensure efficient document management and record-keeping.
