Your responsibilities will include supporting the Financial Controller in delivering timely and accurate monthly consolidated results, which encompass accounting entries and accompanying analysis. You will also handle month-end reconciliations, monitor management business financials, and collaborate with finance and commercial teams to provide insights to key senior stakeholders. Additionally, you will have the chance to make a significant impact by actively participating in strategic projects and initiatives as they arise.Key responsibilities: Financial & Management Accounting : Manage consolidated month-end results, including reconciliations, BAS, investment returns, corporate accruals, and support for AP/AR and treasury accounting. Reporting & Financial Management : Collaborate with various teams to understand employment costs, investment, and property performance. Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide accurate and insightful financial information. Data Integrity : Ensure accuracy and reliability of monthly reports, maintaining a strong internal control environment. Continuous Improvements : Identify and implement opportunities for process efficiency and enhanced reporting insights. About You You possess a strong functional and technical accounting knowledge, have excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail. Your adaptability, planning, and organisational abilities, combined with effective communication, accountability, and a collaborative spirit, make you a valuable team player who is eager to learn and drive continuous improvement.Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in a corporate, trust/fund management or chartered accounting role with corporate exposure Exposure to ASX listed environments and/or funds management and trust accounting would be advantageous. Performance-orientated individual with a strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Intermediate knowledge of other software packages (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook etc.) Experience in Yardi and TM1 would be advantageous Experience in a role managing a broad range of customers, stakeholders and service partners Why choose Dexus?
