Accountant Investment Fund About Our Client Our client is a leading property investment fund specializing in the acquisition, management, and development of high-value commercial and residential properties. They are committed to delivering strong returns for investors through active management, strategic investments, and expert market insight. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join their growing team Job Description Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate accounting for properties, joint ventures, borrowings, and subsidiaries. Calculate monthly unit prices per the Unit Pricing Policy. Submit monthly BAS/GST returns. Prepare distribution tax calculations and liaise with external tax advisors. Monitor short-term cash flow and positions. Produce quarterly and monthly investor reports. Manage trust invoices, payments, and expense coding. Oversee new fund setups with transaction and property accounting teams. Maintain updated General Ledger data Ensure accurate property data with internal property teams and assist with acquisitions or disposals. The Successful Applicant Requirements Energetic, ambitious, and passionate about property Team player focused on supporting team goals Strong time management and organizational skills Able to build positive relationships with stakeholders Takes ownership of tasks, projects, and process improvements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Adaptable to new systems or reporting requirements Technical CA (or equivalent) qualified At least 2 years of relevant experience Strong financial reporting background Advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and writing abilities Property industry experience preferred, but not required What's on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
