About the Role Reporting to the Director for Business Services & Tax, you will provide advisory solutions to a broad range of clients across different sectors, however a medical focus would benefit the applicant. Role Responsibilities Provide strong business advisory perspective to clients. Provide strong business compliance to clients. Provide oversight to ensure client solutions are robust. Assist with the onboarding of new team members. Support the Director for BS&T with clients where required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (essential) CA or CPA (essential) Experience required The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following essential experience and attributes: Minimum five years' experience in professional practice. Advanced knowledge of different accounting software and technologies Experience working within a client service environment Sound understanding of Accounting Practices and Standards Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and can operate well within a team Ability to learn new systems quickly and invest in their own learning Microsoft Office Consultancy skills (desired) Strong leadership skills Location You will be based in a modern office in Brisbane CBD.
