This programme is designed to develop our future leaders by providing them with a unique environment where they will be challenged daily in order to prepare them for future business leadership roles. Our Finance Graduate Scheme runs over three years where you'll spend time across the Finance function Business Partnering with other areas of the business including Operations, Sales and Merchandising whilst studying for your Accountancy qualification. Requirements: 2:1 or above (realised or predicted) in a relevant Accountancy or Business degree. A solid understanding and demonstrated interest in Finance. Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills. Strong commercial awareness and career motivation.
