You will manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients, build strong client relationships, and oversee the training of junior staff members.CPA or CA qualification Minimum 5 years of public practice experience Strong tax knowledge Excellent attention to detail Exceptional organisational and time management abilities Patient and effective coaching style Empathetic and friendly demeanour Demonstrated honesty, follow-through, and accountability Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Mentoring & Leadership training by Partners External and Internal training by experts on various topics Funded CA or CPA, webinars and career development courses Gym membership, functions, monthly rostered time off and parking on site Established a broad, long-term client base A fantastic team culture with a growing team Excellent Salary based on experience.
