This role provides the opportunity to lead our accounting team and contribute to the success of our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their accounting and financial needs. The key responsibilities include: Client Advisory: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their accounting and financial needs, including compliance and tax matters. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and productivity. Workflow Management: Efficiently manage information flow between clients and the firm, maintain accurate records and workpapers, submit timely timesheets, and track progress through weekly workflow reports.
