Our client is a leading supplier of technical products and services to the agricultural and farming sectors across Australia and New Zealand. This dynamic business seeks an experienced Accounts all-rounder with expertise in AP, AR, and administration processes. This role offers the opportunity to autonomously manage accounting processes, wear multiple hats, drive operational efficiency, and contribute positively to a small, dedicated team. About the Role This role combines finance and administration in a dynamic environment. It includes managing accounts payable and receivable and supporting a busy warehouse by performing key administration functions. Key Responsibilities include: Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Prepare cash forecasting reports and maintain accurate financial records. Build strong relationships with customers and vendors by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Coordinate daily warehouse paperwork and manage office communications. Follow and improve processes to ensure smooth operations. Other ad-hoc responsibilities as required by Manager. About You! You’re not just great with numbers—you’re a problem-solver, a team player, and someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get things done. With 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, receivable, or a similar role, you’re confident using ERP systems (preferably Xero) and advanced Excel tools. Previous experience in warehouse operations and administration is highly valued. Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise make you a standout. You’re flexible, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Plus, you know how to build strong relationships, making you the go-to person for colleagues and clients alike.
