About Our Client Our client is a well-established professional services firm based in the Northside. Job Description Manage and maintain trust accounts in accordance with regulatory requirements. Assisting bookkeeper where required. Prepare and manage financial reports. Process invoices and payments in a timely manner. Assist in budget preparation and expense management. Liaise with external auditors and manage internal audits. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Provide administrative support to the accounting team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. The Successful Applicant A successful Trust Accounting Admin Assistant should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of trust accounting and financial reporting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What's on Offer Salary between $70k + super and $80k + super, commensurate of experience. Generous holiday leave. A supportive and inclusive work culture.
