Base pay range A$60,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr Accounts / ISO Clerk Location: 45 Zenith Road, Dandenong, VIC 3175 Start Date: 2025 Employment Type: Part-time, 22.8 hours per week. We are committed to excellence, teamwork, and long-term success. We are currently seeking an Accounts / ISO Clerk to join our team. This role offers a dynamic mix of financial responsibilities (70%) and ISO compliance support (30%), making it ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in accounting and a keen interest in quality management systems. Key Responsibilities Manage master data and customer/vendor application workflows. Verify company details with external agencies. Oversee cash collections and liaise with external customers. Reconcile invoices, payments, and conduct internal audits. Maintain the vendor invoice list and ensure accurate record-keeping. Process bank deposits, allocate payments, and cross-check invoices with POs. Prepare purchase orders and maintain the Fixed Asset Register. Support financial reporting, year-end audits, and tax preparations. ISO Compliance (30%) Assist with implementing and maintaining ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Prepare documentation for internal and external ISO audits. Collaborate with departments to monitor the quality management system. Develop and review corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement. Provide training and support to staff on ISO requirements and quality procedures. About You Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field. Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems (highly desirable). Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
