Accounts Payable- Accounts Payable Officer Sydney NSW, Australia Req #1004 Tuesday, 1 October 2024 Full time permanent account payable role, based in the Sydney CBD. We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on an initial 8 month fixed term contract. About the role: Process Resident Bond and Fee Refunds Process staff expenses and credit card transactions Assist with the administration of our Corporate Credit Card Program (issuing, cancelling cards, limit changes) Train users in our AP systems. Invoice processing, Expense Management Manage the Accounts email inboxes ensuring all emails are actioned promptly Reconcile vendor statements, credit card statements and assist with bank reconciliations Able to Support the AP Team with month end processing Proactively look for and implement process improvements in the Accounts functions General administration in relation to your role Your Skills & Experience: Ability to work with and contribute to a well-established Accounts Payable Team Experience working with internal and external stakeholders Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Experience with reconciliations and ability to problem solve Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent levels of computer literacy, with intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel Strong initiative, with the ability to work alone and take a lead when hurdles arise or when tasks require completion What can we offer you?
