Job Description
Job Responsibilities Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable functions, including weekly EFT payment runs Create Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders Perform monthly credit card and bank reconciliations Update expense management policies and procedures Maintain and improve expense management software (Concur) and processes Assist in the administration of fundraising processes Assist with audit requirements Critical Success Factors: Solid experience in end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable management Strong communication skills, both written and verbal when dealing with internal and external stakeholders Good understanding of Goods & Services Taxation (GST) Superior attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills An ability to work in a team environment with a focus on meeting tight month end deadlines Integrity and honesty in all aspects of work Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Previous 2 years experience in a similar role Right to work in Australia Exposure to Concur Expense Management System highly regarded Employee Rewards & Benefits We seek to attract and retain the best in the business.
